Dorothy first approached yoga in 2006 at the Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Centre in Hong Kong, where she learnt Raja yoga meditation and the philosophy of spirituality. Dorothy has practised Hatha, Forrest, Jivamukti and Ashtanga Yoga on a regular basis since then. Despite being a devotee of Ashtanga Yoga, she believes that the dynamics of the asana practice in various styles ultimately brings us all back to the essence of Yoga -- the connection with the supreme Self, the non-duality of Oneness. She humbly invites all fellow yoga practitioners to bring the true manifestation of yoga (the Eight Limbs from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras) to the world with passion and remembrance of our true Guru.
