My channel focuses on movement for wellness including yin yoga, gentle, slow, useful, thoughtful, supportive yoga practices designed to help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind. If you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, dealing with stiffness, stress, or pain, or simply wanting a softer approach to movement, you’re in the right place. My classes are intentionally slow, accessible, and supportive, with clear guidance and optional modifications. I believe yoga should support your real life — not overwhelm it. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to practice here. I am also a wife, mother of four, and a pharmacist, and I understand the importance of practical, realistic wellness. These practices are meant to help you care for your whole self today and into the future.
