Thanks for visiting our channel and all the support from our subscribers and listeners! My dad, Phil Brey, always had a knack for dreaming up witty lyrics and setting them to his own catchy melodies. Over the years he amassed an impressive number of well-crafted songs evoking such timeless motifs as soured romances, homesickness, and, of course, all things railroad related. However, his compositions, although holding great potential, continued to languish in obscure manuscripts and yellowed notebooks. His songs increasingly seemed destined to disappear into time. Fortunately, aware of this rich motherlode of songs, my dad and I began recording his songs to preserve them for family and friends and to also make them available to the wider public.
