Cook’n with Class opened its doors in 2007 by the French chef, Eric Fraudeau. The classes offered at Cook’n With Class include French bread baking, macaron, sauce making, & croissant baking classes amongst others, and is always taught to small groups to ensure that everyone can get their hands on the recipes and meals prepared. You will learn new techniques with our chefs, build on your culinary skills and partake in tastings, and meet like-minded travelers and food & wine enthusiasts. The school offers hands-on cooking lessons in English with the possibility of organizing team-building activities, and private lessons in French & English. Classes are open to cooks and food lovers of all levels with special classes for our younger cooks & bakers starting from age 6.
