Living my dreams Hi, I'm Suzi and after living in my van for three years, travelling across Europe I decided to make a new life in Portugal. In 2022 I bought and renovated a previously abandoned village house in the seaside resort of Vieira de Leiria. However, after encountering my dream home in September 2023, an old stone house in Monsanto, I decided to sell my house in Leiria and move to Monsanto, 243km north east of Leiria. The inside of the house, barn and adega needed a complete renovation and the vinyard and orchard need rejuvernation.
