My name is Aleksandra and I've created this channel to share helpful or entertaining workout videos! My goal is to reach as many people as I can and to motivate them to become a better version of themselves! I would love to share my own experience with everyone and to keep them motivated and inspired! I started working out a lot since the quarantine period started and mostly my workouts were with body weight! I wanted to get fit and have abs so I can say with confidence that with a lot of effort and big desire I accomplished my goal! I know if you want it YOU can do that too!
