Hyde Park Day School (HPDS) is a full-day school program that offers a specialized, educational curriculum for students, ages 6 to 15, with moderate to severe learning disabilities and who have average to above average intelligence. The mission of HPDS is to provide students with learning disabilities of average-to-superior intelligence an innovative and comprehensive educational model that will help prepare them for a successful transition to public or private schools in their home community. HPDS also has a Northfield campus which serves the northern and western suburbs. HPDS is an affiliate of the University of Chicago.
