Influenced by a wide range of music genres introduced to him at an early age, Multi-Instrumentalist/Producer Zo! utilizes multiple layers of thick instrumentation to shape his compositions. While touring his own music, Zo! can also be seen on stage as the keyboardist and Musical Director for GRAMMY-nominated duo, The Foreign Exchange. In 2014, he completed music work for Adult Swim animated series, Black Dynamite. Zo! co-produced The Foreign Exchange’s 2015 release, Tales From The Land Of Milk and Honey. His SkyBreak album was released in 2016 along with its accompanying two-time award-winning documentary, Making SkyBreak. Zo! then began expanding his musical repertoire to include film scoring: Black, White & Blue (2018) and The Takeover (2018). Along with production partner, Phonte Coleman, Zo! composed music for the IFC comedy series, Sherman’s Showcase. In 2019, Zo! released FourFront and joined forces with powerhouse producer Tall Black Guy for their 2021 release, Abstractions.
