I've completed formal fitness study, run road and ultra trail marathons with a 56km ultra and 105 km ultra in 2016. My channel will provide a range of workouts such as cardio/High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training with both body weight and dumbbells. I design them to suit all fitness levels particularly ensuring there are workouts for beginners and over 40s.
