Hey Guys! My name is Damen. I am Twenty one years old, I am very passionate about a lot of things such as mental health, helping people, spreading kindness & so much more. It’s been a journey for me throughout my entire life. I was extremely depressed, had major anxiety, PTSD and who knows what else. On my YouTube channel I hope to inspire/motivate people in so many ways. The one thing I will always say is how deeply grateful I am. I'm grateful for the experiences, grateful for the bad times and just about everything else. Always being grateful is so important it'll get you through a lot.
