Congressman Ted Lieu represents California's 36th Congressional District, which includes cities, communities, and districts on the westside of Los Angeles, the South Bay beach cities, including portions of Torrance and the Palos Verdes Peninsula within Los Angeles County. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the House Democratic Caucus. Elected in 2014, Congressman Lieu serves on the House Judiciary Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Rep.
