New to smoking? I am on a quest to listen, read, absorb as much information as possible and put it to practice smoking on my new Oklahoma Joe Smoker. Using indirect heat and natural wood favorings I will share my personal experiences of the “Do’s and Don’t’s” of smoking different types of meats and side dishes, through my trail and errors, hoping to save you time and money! I am a weekend Smoker, because I have a full time job and smoking is a passion on the side. To date, I have come to realize smoking is an art and requires time and your complete attention.
