My name is john aka carlisle195. I'm a 41year old chef in carlisle England with 25 years experience in active kitchens but that's my job. My Hobbie is all things out door I take all my kitchen cooking out door to my camp fire as you no there is nothing better than cooking on a open fire I was in the army cadets and got my camping skills from that and lots of stuff iv picked up one my journey in to the world of the outdoors. Mostly all of my camps are solo and I do wild camping stealth camping and cooking all my food on different style of camp fires or fire pits I use tents hammocks and some floor shelters I can make. I get out most weeks for 1 or 2 nights a weeks to enjoy the grate out doors. I do not do review videos or kit videos and I am apart of no groups
