In 2009, attorney Eric M. Glazer began a career in radio, staring and hosting the weekly Condo Craze and HOAs Radio Show on 850 WFTL...and now on YouTube! The show focuses on explaining changes in Florida Condo and HOA law in a way owners, board members, and property managers can understand. The goal is to increase awareness, reduce confusion, and encourage informed decision-making. Eric is a native of Brooklyn, and obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law. In 1994 he established Glazer and Associates, P.A., then Glazer & Sachs, P.A. and has focused his career on representation of community associations and their members. Eric has certified over 15,000 board members in the State of Florida, who are now eligible to serve on either a condominium or homeowner association board.
