I have been providing coaching and hypnotherapy for the last 10+ years. I graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in psychology and earned a certification in hypnotherapy from Bastyr University outside of Seattle. My original intention when getting my master’s degree was to pursue a PhD in social psychology. As a multiracial [Black, Native American (Catawba), and white] woman who looks white, I wanted to study race and appearances, but life led me down a different path that’s brought me to a fulfilling coaching and hypnotherapy practice.
