I've lost over 130 pounds after a lifelong struggle with obesity and a bad relationship with food. By changing my mindset, my eating habits, and staying consistent I was able to lose the weight and transform my health. On this channel I'm sharing my own personal experiences and what has worked for me, and my hope is that my videos can help encourage others who may be struggling with the same issues I've dealt with.
