Hello, my name is Rui Pinto, I´m 17 years old and i was born in Lamego, Portugal. Im starting on the youtube scene, with a channel that will guide you and show you all the things on my bodybuilding path, since daily life, training and nutrition. It will feature training footage, day of eating videos and some more things that i can find relevant.
