Monty, a Husky-Shiba Inu mix, was born at the shelter in 2018. Olive, born in 2020, is the niece of Saga, our beloved Husky star. Sumi is a Pomsky puppy (a Husky-Pomeranian mix), born in November 2025. Toto was rescued from the street in 2025. Bat and Belka were born in 2011. They are brother and sister. Saga (2016-2020) survived a viper bite in 2017 and was subsequently rescued from hemodialysis, but died at age 4 due to kidney problems. Sonya (2008-2023) came to us from the street and gave birth to four kittens, two of which were Bat and Belka. She left us at 15 due to aggressive cancer.
