I’m a former US National Team Swimmer and Division I College Swimming Coach. I left the grind of college athletics and performance-based results to open a business with one simple goal: to help people feel good through great movement. Now, I’m a Master Trainer Instructor for TRX Training, and I own a fitness business called BLAZE®️. BLAZE is a TRX-based fitness studio in my local fire station where I’m also a volunteer firefighter. I still train hard. I still coach movement standards to a very high level, but no longer to achieve a performance-based goal, or simply to feel the burn of a tough workout. I coach people to listen to their needs and to trust themselves: that is the ultimate goal as a coach. We chase a burn in our lives, and move fearlessly towards things that help us feel good in our bodies and minds. #blazeon
