On this channel, I Vlog about all things Cycling. Road, MTB, Gravel. I'm also a level 3 cycling coach (ABCC). My coaching philosophy is simple: I am a firm believer that if you have knowledge pass it on to those who do not. I base my coaching decisions on my own research, not assumptions.
