Ralph Baetschmann Director of Photography Was born in 1973 in St. Gallen / Switzerland. After obtaining formal education and training as an electrician, he focused on his passion for extreme sport movies. His film career developed in various high alpine areas around the world. During those years he shaped his skills in traditional filmmaking and exposing film. At the University of Television and Film in Munich, Germany, he improved his knowledge with all given tools in the field of visual filmmaking in various projects and workshops on a regular basis.
