In 2018, the Government of India launched Ayushman Bharat to revamp the country’s healthcare system. The technology platform rolled out by Government of India for Non-Communicable diseases (NCD) under Ayushman Bharat called the CPHC-NCD system is developed by Dell Technologies under the guidance and support provided by the Ministry of Family Health & Welfare along with NHSRC. This portal has now been renamed as the 'National NCD Portal'. NCD platform helps by training healthcare workers on capturing data on population screening, examination, diagnosis and treatment of Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral, Cervical & Breast Cancer across India.
