Welcome to Sociology 119 (also known as "SOC 119")! And yes, this is a real college course at the Pennsylvania State University. In fact, SOC 119 is the largest race and culture class taught in the United States (probably the world if you include our YouTube community). Dr. Sam Richards has been the instructor of this course since 1991. You’ll likely have opinions (one way or another) regarding what you’re watching (hopefully, anyway), but you might only watch just one or maybe a few videos.
