An easy-to-use 2D/2.5D game engine. It is so easy to use that people who have never made a game before can make one within the first hour of starting. It also contains advanced features for experienced and professional developers - every feature the modern world of game development demands and more! The concept of game creation is influenced by Game-Editor, which is an engine from 2002 that has not been supported for over 10 years and we are basically rebuilding it from scratch using modern technology. Game-Editor 2 is written in C, the editor-side GUI and rendering is powered by GTK+ with Cairo and the renderer is handled by ORX using OpenGL.
