Having been on this planet for over 53 years, I’ve had plenty of ups and downs. That’s just how life is. As a child of people who struggled with mental illness and addiction, I have also inherited some extra baggage along the way. Thanks to hundreds of books, lots of therapy and thousands of hours of podcasts, I have made a beautiful life for myself, and I believe it’s possible for everyone. Do you ever ask the following questions? How can I live with anxiety? How to overcome procrastination? Why do I feel so overwhelmed? Will I ever feel happy again? What is success, really? How can I be a good parent when I’m so messed up? This channel will try to answer these questions for all of us. I truly believe we can get better together.
