DAV Ispat Public School, 8B, is an English medium co-educational CBSE school. It was established in the year 1991. Besides the wards of steel plant employees, children from under-privileged families of the local populace form a large part of its student population. The school facilitates science, commerce and arts streams in classes XI and XII. Affiliated to CBSE it has set its mission on 'all round development' of students by creating an affable learning environment in the campus. Apart from academics, the school emphasizes on personality development too. Games and sports, music, yoga etc. are some of the means by which our students relax themselves to take away the monotony of class room teaching. Self discipline on the part of students is an excellent asset for the school. We are proud to announce that our students traditionally imbibe it from their seniors.
