Described by The New York Times as “forward thinking” and “an exceptional opportunity to understand something of the creative process,” since 1984 Works & Process has illuminated the creative process of artists from both the world’s largest organizations and underrecognized performing arts cultures by providing rare, longitudinal studio-to-stage creative residency, commissioning, and presenting support. This season Works & Process celebrates New York artists and street and social dance, expanding beyond the Guggenheim Museum to also present at Gibney Center, Lincoln Center, and The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, with the Jerome Robbins Dance Division. www.worksandprocess.org
