Hi, my name is Carly Bonderud and I'm all about empowerment, healing, transformation, and rebirth! I help professional women navigate the medical system and reclaim their voice and power in the birth space and my clients typically come to me wanting a completely hands-off birth just like I did years ago when I had my kids. That's not ALL I do though! I've also had an incredible journey since I was a child and I've experienced a lot of past traumas that I've risen up from like a phoenix from the ashes! I've gotten into close connection with some really awesome, influential people who are change-makers in the world, and I have built an amazing life using my 5 Pillars of Empowerment and my Phoenix Method of taking whatever little resources I have available and customizing a map and route to the most ambitious dreams. I also LOVE to share my insights, so this channel works as a combination video journal interspersed with inspirational talks.
