Chipo Muchegwa is a Zimbabwean Afro Jazz artist, born on the 9th of April in 1992 and is from Norton, a small town outside Harare in Zimbabwe.Chipo was born disabled and is a proud mother of one lovely daughter. To get around she uses a wheel chair and is able to do a lot of her day to day chores herself, including her own makeup matching the day’s mood or event.Chipo writes her own songs and her most powerful instrument is her sharp voice. She is also able to play the Mbira using her feet since she was born without both arms.Chipo was featured at Starbright in 2016 and that is when she decided to get into music professionally though she had been singing since childhood.
