What had started as something I 'picked up' in high school, exercising and working out eventually became a lifestyle for me. It too became a way to 'zone out' from living this day to day thing we call life. This channel is not so much to show others what I can do. Rather, it is to show MYSELF what I can do. A place where I can view what I have accomplished overtime ... particularly on those days that I may lose sight of my worth, or, may be feeling unmotivated. If this channel of mine happens to, in some way, inspire any of those who view it; then I thank the Creator of All Things that he lead you here to get that inspiration.
