Hello guys my name is Raymond. As you might already know I changed my YouTube channel name from RayITDude to Ray’s Tech Support. I felt that it was time to revamp my YouTube channel. At first I was about to delete my YouTube channel because I wasn’t posting at all but then I remember the reasons why I had the YouTube channel in the first place. I was a freshman in college doing my associate degree in Computer Operation in Network & Security. When I was in my Technical classes, I wanted to record myself doing all of the technical stuff. I wanted to keep a record just in case I forgot how to do it and this is where I find YouTube (early days of YouTube). The other reason comes as when I gain experience in working in the IT field and as well completing my degree, I notice there are a lot of people who really need help in IT. So I decided to come back and redo pretty much everything.
