This channel is for people who are either rocking in recovery, struggling in active addiction, or for those who have loved ones in recovery or active addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. You will find facts, advice, and inspiration in these video shorts that are all related to mental health before, during, and after addiction. I am in long-term recovery, February 2023, marked five years of living in recovery for me and I wanted nothing more than to help as many people as I possibly can. Whether it be me helping people get sober, stay sober, get through a relapse, or even help loved ones of those in addiction recovery understand a little better of what someone in their shoes might be going through. “ROCKIN RECOVERY REELS” has been created straight from the heart, because I want to help more people beat the statistics, and even save a few lives, if I can.
