Hello everyone! I'm Cat, and this is Exhale Fear, a space where I post my personal meditations. I started this channel at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic. I thought that if my meditations could help at least one other person during isolation, then it would be worth it to post them publicly. Please note that I am not a certified meditation teacher and I am by no means an expert on scripture or theology. I am simply a student, an amateur creator. As I grow and evolve my practice and my relationship with God, I hope that my content will grow and evolve as well. I am trying to improve in my faith, be kinder, and live more like Jesus everyday, while also trying to let go of the fears that hold me back. That being said, I am not perfect, and meditating with scripture helps me stay grounded in my faith and encourages me to live out that faith everyday. No matter who you are, you are welcome here!
