GGBeyond is dedicated to "thinking beyond the game". I was involved in the Quake community in the 90s, learned how to make maps with Worldcraft and joined in a Quake Team Fortress clan. I modded StarCraft and WarCraft III, went to LAN parties since the 90s, competed in tournaments, and I'm currently involved in esports. In every game I was heavily involved in, there was always a strong community to share the fun and enjoyment with others, contributing to a positive gaming environment. That's what drives me. I'm against using Patreon and taking "donations" in general.
