We have nearly 25 years' experience teaching Makaton and using music, songs and other child-centred activities to engage and support babies, toddlers, children and young adults with their language and communication development. We are passionate about inclusion and aim to spread the joy of Makaton and signing to the wider community. We are experienced educators working in mainstream and SEN settings, the Hospital schools at GOSH and Evelina, at SEN groups as well as performing at live events and concerts across the UK. We are Makaton Tutors, Patrons of the Makaton Charity and Co-Founders of Singing Hands. We were awarded MBEs back in 2020. We are both parents of disabled children - Ella and Miles - our inspiration and reason for our passion behind for Singing Hands.
