The AP Hotels & Resorts group was established in 2015. The group currently comprises nine hotel units: AP Adriana Beach Resort, an All-Inclusive family-friendly concept in Albufeira; AP Victoria Sports & Beach, located at Falésia beach – Albufeira, a top-tier aparthotel ideal for families and sports enthusiasts; AP Eva Senses, an excellent choice that combine business and leisure, in Faro; AP Maria Nova Lounge in Tavira; and AP Oriental Beach in Praia da Rocha, Portimão. The latter two embrace an Adults Friendly concept, prioritizing comfort and relaxation. The group also owns AP Cabanas Beach & Nature, an Adults Friendly hotel, with a strong connection to nature. In 2023, the group inaugurated AP Dona Aninhas, a boutique hotel in the center of Viana do Castelo. In 2024, the group entered the five-star hotel segment and in the Alentejo with AP Lago Montargil, an All-Inclusive hotel for families. In 2025, the expansion in Alentejo continued with the AP Sines opening, a four-star hotel.
