Nazpari Jafar, known by her stage name NJ - was born and raised in a musician family in Baku in 1999. She studied piano between 2007-2014 and graduated from the “Gurban Pirimov” Music School in 2014. Apart from music, she studied as a bachelor at Baku State University between 2016-2021. She graduated from the University of Lodz with a master's degree in 2023. The place of music in her life was completely different. She began broadcasting covers of her favorite songs on her YouTube channel during her teenage years. In 2019, she started her collaboration with “Cırtdan Pro” with the cover song “Unutdun / shape of my heart”. She released her solo songs “Ruh”, “Yuxu”, “Getmə, Qal”, “Nə Fayda”, “Saat 6” in “Cırtdan Pro”. The songs she released were among the most listened to songs on TV and radio. The artist cantinues to work in alternative and r&b styles.
