As a fifth-generation cattle farmer near Kimberley, hunting has always been part of our way of life. What began in 1969 as annual catered hunts hosted by a father and grandfather for friends grew into full commercial operations by the early 1990s — welcoming up to 70 local hunters per year across more than 10,000 hectares of private land. The farms were productive, the lodges comfortable, and the game thriving. After the passing of a grandfather and years of relentless poaching pressure, the main property was sold. What remained was not a setback — but a reset. Today, Vigalli is reborn This is not a revival built on nostalgia — it’s a continuation built on resilience, partnership, and going far… together.
