My name is Katherine Abu Hadal and I make videos about Yemeni food and sometimes other food in English and Arabic. I started this channel because I wanted to share with you a little piece of Yemen. I'm not Yemeni but I learned most of these dishes in Yemen where I lived for three years with my husband Esam. I also studied Arabic in Yemen and now I can speak it well enough to communicate the recipes, but if I make a mistake I don't mind if you correct me! اسمي كاثرين وأنا اسجيل مقاطع فيديو عن الطعام اليمني وأحيانا غيرها باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. أنا لست اليمنية ولكن تعلمت معظم هذه الأطباق في اليمن حيث كنت أعيش لمدة ثلاث سنوات مع زوجي عصام. بدأت هذه القناة لكي اشارك معكم من ثقافه اليمن. درست أيضا اللغة العربية في اليمن والآن أستطيع ان اتحدث بها بشكل جيد بما فيه الكفاية، ولكن إذا أخطأت أنا لا أمانع إذا كنت تصحيح لي!
