★Hello! I'm Grandma Chan, a 100-year-old foodie & Indonesian-born Chinese. I've lived in many other countries around the world, now live in Hong Kong. My family has been catering & running food factories for generations. I used to work as a chef in grand hotel and ran a restaurant. I’ve been studying food my whole life. Now I'd like to share with you all the food I've learned throughout my life from different cuisines, famous & lost dishes.
