I know much more charismatic people than me, but… I consider myself a charisma football coach. Football coaches aren’t better than the athletes - they don’t need to be. What makes them great is the ability to understand the game. They know the strategies, they notice the patterns and that makes them great teachers. That’s how I view my role here. It’s not me trying to show off how I’m the best, I’m not. It’s that I truly was worse than all of you, but through constant learning and observing charisma, I have developed taste and pattern recognition for the qualities that make up socially skilled people. I can clearly see the fidgeting of one’s fingers, the stress in their feet, or the welcoming openness of a new English teacher. I’m learning to use charisma alongside you, though I might be just 1 step ahead.
