P.U.G.G (a.k.a. Pop-Up Gallery Group) is the youth workforce training program of the Department of Regional Art Workers (The D.R.A.W.), the art education program of the Kingston Midtown Arts District (MAD). It is a paid, after school work-study program providing job training in art/non-profit management, arts education, leadership and entrepreneurship for Kingston High School students and recent alumni (ages 16-21). P.U.G.G. assist teaching artists at The D.R.A.W. in arts education programming for kids, peers and adults, curating and installing exhibitions in The D.R.A.W.’s gallery space and supports creative projects and events presented by our community partners, neighboring organizations and Kingston Midtown Arts District (MAD).
