Anatomy and Physiology for Paramedics
@anatomy-physiologyforparmedics
Anatomy and Physiology is a critical component of paramedic education, with specific emphasis on clinical correlation of all core content. This course is intended to be comparable in difficulty to a two-semester A&P course you would find at a four-year college without the laboratory requirements. A background in basic sciences including biology and chemistry is not required, but certainly makes learning easier. A Flipped Classroom refers to an inversion of the traditional classroom structure in that many lectures will be viewed online outside of class and lecture time will be used for discussion, improved understanding and solidification of concepts, and application to pathophysiology, assessment, and emergency medical management.
