Divine Connection (DC), formed on 30th September 2004, is primarily, a Christian Rock band from Kohima, Nagaland. Known for their experimental style, they blend genres such as Folk, Blues, Rock, Funk, Jaz , Hindi and Contemporary Gospel music. DC aims to promoting a positive lifestyle, believing that young people can enjoy music and life without the influences of Drugs, Alcohol, Violence or Immorality. They consider their greatest achievement to be 'winning the hearts of people' and aim to continue touching lives through their music. With hundreds of performances across India and abroad, DC released their self titled EP and full-length album 'El Roi' in 2008 to critical acclaim. To mark the 21st anniversary of the band this year, a digital release of El Roi across all media platforms will follow and fresh materials are in the pipeline.
