미연 (MIYEON)은 큐브엔터테인먼트의 5인조 걸그룹 i-dle (아이들)의 멤버이다. 2018년 5월, EP [I am]의 타이틀곡 'LATATA'로 데뷔하였으며, '한(-)', 'Senorita' 등 그룹의 개성을 살린 곡으로 다수의 상을 수상했다. 그룹의 메인 보컬인 그는 청량한 미성으로 안정적인 라이브 실력을 보여주었고, 이후 래퍼 행주와 컬래버레이션 한 'Cart', 드라마 "도도솔솔라라솔", "구미호뎐", "꽃 피면 달 생각하고" 등의 OST에 참여하며 활약했다. 2022년 4월, 솔로 아티스트 미연 (MIYEON)의 새로운 출발점이 될 앨범 [MY]를 발매, 자신만의 독보적인 색깔을 펼쳤으며, 이어 드라마 "연인", 예능 프로그램 "연애남매" OST 참여와 그룹 i-dle (아이들)의 꾸준한 활동으로 다채로운 매력을 선보이고 있다.
