USO-Houston is the local branch of the USO, a private, non-profit, non-governmental organization with the mission to lift the spirits of America's troops and their families. In Houston, we provide a touch of home to nearly 44,000 troops and military families annually who pass through our USO Centers at Bush Intercontinental and Hobby Airports, as well as offer morale-boosting and family-strengthening programs to the 8,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen and their families who are based in Greater Houston. More than 300 volunteers and an Advisory Council help three full-time staff members deliver goodness to our troops and their families in Greater Houston.
