About the channel: I focus on thorough, detailed and in-depth reviews primarily of indie games across a range of genres, specialising in RPG, FPS, Strategy, Point & Click and Roguelike, through my series The Video Game Autopsy. Further video game based series to come in the near future. About me: My name is Damien Smith. I originally started this channel focusing on Let's Play videos as a pass time. In 2015, I started contributing to video game website GameSkinny.com. But in 2017 it became apparent that the fast-paced trendy nature of traditional video game journalism, wasn't matching well with my thorough and detailed reviews of the often untrendy video games. And since I have returned to my YouTube channel bringing my video game journalism with me, focusing primarily on video game reviews and previews.
