Former collegiate athlete turned group exercise junkie, K.O. makes the most of her energetic personality by delivering high intensity fitness classes that will have you poppin' it, shakin' it, and twerkin' it like you never knew you could. Unlike many of the amazing dance/fitness instructors who have achieved an impressive level of youtube stardom, K.O.'s experience in formal dance training does not exceed more than a few elementary tap lessons at the age of five.
