ー New Music Community for Real Artists and Music Lovers ー 「commmons（コモンズ）」とは、坂本龍一をはじめとするアーティストたちが音楽の新たな可能性を模索すべく、エイベックスグループとともに設立した新プロジェクトです。 「think global, act local」を合い言葉に、エコロジカルな視点を持ち、社会・文化貢献を目指す新しい音楽コミュニティーとして、アーティスト／クリエイター、音楽産業、ユーザー／リスナーのよりよい関係を作るための「共有地＜commons＞」となることを目的としています。共有地＜commons＞の中心に音楽＜music＞が存在し続けることを願って、3つの「ｍ」の「commmons」と名付けました。
