古武術としての無外流を研究する為に設立した居想会の稽古内容です。 居合だけでなく剣術等の古武術の体の使い方も解説しているので、居合の初心者から中級者まで分かりやすい内容です。 居想会は、営利を目的としない一般社団法人で、生涯学習活動を支援する団体です。 活動拠点は東京のほか、千葉県、茨城県と福井県にも支部があります。 私たちの目的は、居合道・剣術の稽古を通じて、会員の心と体の健康を養うこと、そして日本古来の古武道・古武術の普及に努めることです。
